WEDDINGS

All photographs will be provided in digital format on CD or DVD disk (including all rights), along with one extra copy.

PRICING
Hourly Fee:  $110.00 per hour (plus sales tax) with a 5-hour minimum.
Post Processing Fee:  $1.00 per picture (plus sales tax) for post processing.
Post processing includes cropping, color correcting, converting to black and white as needed, converting files, and disc creation.

ADDITIONAL HOURS
You may choose to obtain additional hours of coverage, on the day of the event, at a rate of $110.00 per hour (plus sales tax).  This fee is due upon receipt of your photographs.

DELIVERY
You may select to pickup your photographs at the office or we can mail them directly to you at no additional charge.  We also keep a copy of all photographs archived in storage for one year after the event date.

DEPOSIT
Half of the hourly fee is due at the time of booking.
The remaining half of the hourly fee is due one month prior to the wedding date.  
Post processing fee is due upon receipt of your photographs.

REFUNDS
Services canceled 6 months prior to the date of the event will be refunded the full deposit.
Services canceled 2 to 5 months prior to the date of the event will be refunded half of the deposit.
Services canceled 0 to 2 months prior to the date of the event receive no refund of the deposit.
